YES even more so when the volume of the frilly outer diaper cover betrays something more than a form fitted panty - - -
something about a large absorbent feature bulking out that cover making it larger than life !
AND trying to cover it all up with a short hemmed skirt (dress) !

The thing about tennis knickers is that they tended to have a wider gusset . This made them perfect for a boy to wear on their own or over a nappy and waterproofs .
