It's not just millennial males who are changing but also millennial Females too, I work as an engineer and can honestly say more and more Females are entering the profession, the younger male engineers I work with are generally well groomed and care about their looks not wishing to get too dirty and oily, even in the locker rooms when they're getting changed you can see that they usually wear vibrant coloured and close fitting underwear no longer dull baggy boxer shorts or 'tighty whities' they do honestly care about looking good for the Girls, the new generation of Female engineers in contrast just get on with the job not really too bothered about the dirt, things are changing.!

The next step is that men, when they undress in the locker room, take off their skirts and blouses, and talk about the new collection of panties. Meanwhile, women will wear pants and their underwear will be wide and comfortable.
Hold your little skirt GirlBoy, because if not the girls will see your panties with ruffles

You're absolutely correct why guys locker room is soooooo macho and should be changed to dressing rooms, it's the subtle changes that move us on without us realizing it, locker rooms become 'dressing rooms ', leggings become fashionable then start becoming tights, underwear comes in brighter colours, silkier fabrics replace cotton in briefs, more improved grooming products and before you know it we're all wearing skirts and panties with no idea how it happened, lol
