I want to be dressed up as a Ballerina
#1
Hi everyone.

One of my biggest regrets is that my family weren't financially well off for me to have Ballet lessons when I was a boy. I think that I would have found even a Boy's Ballet outfit humiliating to wear. (I would have probably been bullied by other boys if they discovered I was having Ballet lessons).

Incidentally, has anyone seen the following on the Internet (I think that it is on the 'Pinterest' website). It is a photograph of a young boy. He is wearing a girls' black, long-sleeved leotard with his arms outstretched. (I think that he is also wearing white tights and ballet pumps.  At his feet, there is a small doll dressed in a black, short-sleeved leotard.). As he has a big smile on his face, I would assume that he is very happy to be wearing what basically looks like a girl's leotard.

Another thing of interest on the Internet, is a clip from the 1980's Canadian Children's Comedy Sketch show "You Can't Do That On Television". The young cast of boys and girls are sitting  whilst looking at a box. The Studio Floor Manager warns them that it is a "Fantasy" box and belongs to the daughter of the Show's Producer and contains her biggest wish. It will be activated if they open it. Despite the warning, they open it anyway. After a Special Effects sequence, we see them all dressed as Ballerinas. They are all wearing, white, short-sleeved leotards, tutus, tights and ballet shoes. The closing credits roll as they all dance. A wonderful sequence.

My own fantasy would be a strict mistress to force me to dress up as a Ballerina and be made to perform in front of her female friends. I would be completely ashamed  as they all laugh at me, enjoying my humiliation. Wonderful. Now where can I get my Ballerina outfit? Smile

Here are a few petticoated related clips from"You Can't Do That On Television". The show was not shy about putting boys into sissy outfits, tutus or dresses. On more than one occasion that used the word petticoating or dress discipline. It takes a bit of time but if you search on you tube you can find most of this clips.

Brilliant clips, shame the show didn't have a bigger impact on the 70's generation, we'd be a much better place if it did, lol.

Can't help but think that those Girls should have taken the opportunity to 'flip' Kevins skirt, lol

Also I love how the boy was wearing the shorter prettier pink dress and loved it (as most boys do, lol).

Great post RF
