I suppose that in the business world legal name titles have some impact on day to day operations signing papers and documents -
But is this any worse than using a hyphenated double name on documents ?

Better a name than a NUMBER and tattooed !!!

We travel a lot. My wife and I always travel as two lady friends/partners. The problem comes when I want to pay for something with my card. It has my male name on it. I asked the banks to change the name to just my initials. But NO they wanted/needed a full name on the card. (So does my driving license. But Ive never had an officer ask me about my 'fashion statement'. I would never push the point at an airport/security though).

Unless you go the whole way and have everything legally changed then the realities of everyday life will always be a pain.
