Mine would certainly be a Terry towel nappy under hospital rubber pants with extra tight waist and thigh elastics. The tight rubber 'Blakey rings underneath. The 'beach rubbers' hospital red rubber bibbed dungerees strapped up tight. A 'Wilf' leather baby harness and reins and a frilly red rubber baby bonnet on my head, sucking on a large rubber dummy/pacifier.
