So you need diapers or nappies that are cute but not overly bulky. 
How about these, I recommend the unicorn style

They’re very snug and amazingly absorbent. They take many wettings before they absolutely need changing.

Always very useful. Particularly as an adult, one of the most effective occasions during which to wear nappies is when opportunities to use the toilet are likely to be in short supply. It is therefore imperative that they can take as much wetting as possible to maximise such a benefit. 

There are many times over the years that I have endured activities while in nappies that other adults simply wouldn’t have contemplated without a toilet break and many of the products shown here look as though they should be very effective in achieving the same outcomes.
